I have known the Daubenspeck family for almost a decade now. It is a special honor to photograph the children of close friends; to be a part of the memories captured that will grace the walls of their homes and their hearts. This blog post is to celebrate the graduation milestone of Aaron Daubenspeck. We spent the afternoon at Batsto Village exploring. Every turn of the exploration unveiled another great backdrop for photographs, inside and outside of historic buildings from the mid 1700's. What a perfect place to photograph Aaron in his ROTC uniform, where echoes of life could be heard from a time when this nation's citizen's began living and fighting for freedom.
This village is hidden in the famous and beautiful pine barrens of NJ. Early Spring leaves perfectly and daintily countered the soft blues and peaches that Cathy picked for the family wardrobe.

We stopped on the way home to photograph Aaron in front of these three crosses. This photo idea symbolizes the commitment Rich and Cathy made to raise Aaron in the Christian faith.
